Background:

Eric Gallenkamp is a Licensed Educational Psychologist in who is employed by the Contra Costa County Office of Education and works in a specialized public education program for emotionally and behaviorally challenged students. He has extensive experience in the assessment, diagnostic analysis, identification and development of interventions for students who concurrently experience emotional difficulties, learning disabilities and other health impairments. Mr. Gallenkamp also runs a private assessment and consultation practice in northern California and has worked with a number of Preschool Programs, School Districts, Learning Centers and Community Colleges as well as with families seeking psychoeducational evaluations. Additionally, Mr. Gallenkamp is a member of the Advisory Committee for San Francisco State University?s School Psychology Program and has over six years experience as an Adjunct Assessment Lecturer for graduate level School Psychology and Learning Disability Specialist Programs offered at California State Universities. Mr. Gallenkamp is able to draw upon years of specialized training and practical knowledge of the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, Firth Edition along with well-honed experience in teaching the essentials of assessment, interpretation and intervention to provide a training event that is engaging, informative and pertinent to the needs of assessment professionals.
